1.How about your quality?
The differences between Swiss watches and Asia watches are in the movement and workmanship. While the Asia watches are internationally renowned, the Swiss are well known as their higher class, which are much more stable in the movement and the workmanship is to perfection.
2.Are the watches sold at the www.KeepWatches.com brand new or used watches?
All our watches sold at the
www.KeepWatches.com are 100% brand new, and the watches are never used.
3.What is the life span of your watches?
It's just like asking how long a car will last. It all depends on how you use it. If you put wear and tear on it regularly by driving, using it frequently and in rugged situations, it would not last long. If you used it at times that you could treat it with care, our watches will have a long life span.
4.Are the watches water-resistant?
Yes, some of our watches are A6: Water-Resistant but we would recommend you to keep your watches away from water.
5.What kind of glass is used in your replica watches?
Almost all our replica watches feature sapphire crystal glass that is very scratch resistant compared with the usual glass.
6.What is meaning of automatic movement ?
Automatic refers to a watch movement that consists of a self-winding mechanism, which allows the watch to run on its own without batteries. The advantage to this is that batteries are not required for the watch to run. And the disadvantage is the watch should be serviced every year to make sure it runs smoothly.
7.What is quartz movement ?
Quartz refers to a watch movement that runs with battery. The advantage to this is that the watch normally lasts longer than an automatic watch. And the disadvantage is the battery has to be changed when your watch starts losing time or stops.

1.Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we deliver our products worldwide.
2.When will you ship my order?
If you've shopped with us in the past, you know that we do our best to ship the items on the same day, if received and verified before 3pm Chinese times. Whenever possible, we also like to send an email with your shipping notice and tracking information in the evening after your item is shipped. But please don't be surprised if your item arrives before our email does-especially around the holidays and during special sales.
3.How long does it take the watch to arrive from the time I order?
We will arrange to deliver your order within 3 days after the payment is confirmed to be received. Generally, you could receive your order in 4 - 7 business days once it is shipped out. And we will email you the tracking No. to follow up.
4.Are there any other hidden fees I have to pay besides for the product and the shipping?
No, there are no additional fees to be paid. Our goal is to make your shopping at

Return and Refund Policy
- How do I get a return/exchangement?
Conditions:
- Watches may be exchanged if you get the watches that are totally different with what was ordered.

Watches has quality problem and cannot be repaired (although our watches have high quality).

The goods must be in its original presentation box. That means the product hasn't been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged and so on. We can not accept a return that it is not in the exactly same condition as we shipped to you.
We offer a 14 day exchange policy.
- Send us an email about the problem as you received the watches within 14 days. We will reply you in 24 hours.

Make sure that the products in its original condition.That means the product hasn't been sized,worn,plastic removed,damaged and so on.

Pay for the price difference if you exchange another one (if there is any).
- In addition, we will pay for the exchange shipping fee if it's our fault.
Note:We will make sure to compensate any possible defect of the watches, in case it is the manufacturer's fault. However, if the timepiece has been damaged intentionally or accidentally during delivering or wearing, we will not compensate.

- We'll refund you the amount that you paid for the item without any shipping fee.
- All returns are at the customers'own cost. We recommend that you should insure the package, if you choose not to insure it, you will be liable for the lost or damaged product.
Note: 14 days policy--the item is returned within 14 days of purchase (from the day the goods is signed for /received).

A: When your payment has been declined, please calm down and follow our instruction, it's easy.
